Menus continue to expand with holiday LTOs.
Krispy Kreme released its “Flavors of Fall” collection, which will be available through Thanksgiving. The seasonal collection features three new donuts and three returning donuts:
California Pizza Kitchen is rolling out its holiday menu, which features three new menu items. The new limited-edition items feature a hand-shaken espresso martini, Neapolitan burrata pizza and shaking beef with pasta.
Red Lobster Seafood Co. added a variety of new entrees, including a lobster and shrimp holiday feast, which is served with mashed potatoes and a new cheddar bay stuffing, lobster and cheddar bay-stuffed shrimp, and a lobster and shrimp overboard, which comes with a Maine lobster tail, lobster and shrimp linguine and a grilled shrimp skewer.
7-Eleven introduced its line of holiday-inspired beverages, which features peppermint bark coffee, winter wonderland cocoa, caramel macchiato and gingerbread syrup.
“Cold weather and coffee go hand-in-hand, so we’re excited to be rolling out our popular winter flavors and seasonal cups just in time for our customers to cozy up with their favorite beverage,” said Dennis Phelps, senior vice president, merchandising (vault and proprietary beverages). “Whether you prefer to stick to the classics or spruce things up … our seasonal lineup is sure to satisfy.”
The Halal Guys expanded their menus with two new items: spiced sizzlin’ chicken and caramelized onion hummus. The spiced sizzlin’ chicken is flavored with a Za’atar spice blend, and the caramelized onion hummus features a blend of Greek chickpeas, caramelized onions and served with a side of pita.
“We’re excited to introduce the new spiced sizzlin’ chicken as a new flavor profile for guests looking to change up their protein and bring some fall flavors to their favorite order,” said Shawn Edelman, vice president of purchasing and distribution at The Halal Guys. “Combined with the new caramelized onion hummus, both dishes are a great twist on our traditional Halal proteins.”
O’Charley’s is expanding its portfolio with the debut of a limited-time Southern comfort specials menu. The new menu features more than 10 new items, including:
Little Caesars Pizza launched Detroit-style “Slices-N-Stix,” which features two slices of Detroit-style deep-dish pizza, topped with pepperoni and paired with Italian cheese bread and Little Caesars Crazy Sauce.
“We know this city takes its pizza seriously, and we’re now giving New Yorkers an opportunity to taste something a little different,” said Greg Hamilton, chief marketing officer at Little Caesars. “Whether you’re born and raised in Detroit, Chicago, or New York, we know that New York City residents and visitors will love the unique flavor of Detroit-Style Slices-N-Stix.”
MOD Super-Fast Pizza Holdings, LLC is bringing back its holiday Chocolate Peppermint No Name cake. The limited-edition dessert features a chocolate cake with a peppermint filling, coated in dark chocolate and topped with peppermint candy cane sprinkles.
