Seafood is making its seasonal return to quick-service locations.
Chick-Fil-A is testing a new sandwich, but instead of breaded chicken as the main ingredient, the company is using cauliflower. The sandwich is made with a filet cut from a whole cauliflower that is marinated, breaded with the Chick-Fil-A seasoning, then pressure-cooked. The cauliflower is served like other Chick-Fil-A sandwiches on a toasted bun with dill pickles.
White Castle is bringing back shrimp nibblers to menus and introducing a new sriracha-flavored variety of shrimp nibbler.
The shrimp nibblers are coated with a seasoned batter, then fried, and the sriracha-flavored nibblers have a sweet chili pepper blended into the breading.
Papa Johns debuted a new pizza that has cheese under its crust on the bottom. The Crispy Parm Pizza is served on a thin crust that has been seasoned with a blend of shredded Parmesan and Romano cheeses and can be topped with any toppings.
“At Papa Johns, we pride ourselves on our dedication to innovation,” said Kimberly Bean, vice president of menu strategy and calendar planning. “For this product, we set our sights on one of the most fundamental pizza ingredients — cheese. We have taken cheese where we’ve never had it before — flipping the pizza over and putting it underneath the crust. In doing so, we are providing consumers with more ability to customize their pizza experience, while also enjoying a unique and surprising twist on a fan-favorite meal.”
O’Charley’s added a limited-time menu that features seafood. Included in the “Coastal Cravings” menu is a lobster quesadilla, lobster bisque and steak and lobster mac-and-cheese. Lobster is also available as a topping for steak or seafood entrees for $9.99.
Krispy Kreme is partnering with the Hershey Co. to release four heart-shaped donuts featuring Hershey’s chocolate.
The donuts are available in four varieties:

Sandwich chain Quiznos is bringing back its seasonal lobster and seafood subs for a limited time. The lemon-herb lobster sub featured a lobster and seafood salad, topped with a lemon-herb dressing, lettuce and tomato, all served on toasted Italian bread. The classic lobster sub has the lobster and seafood salad, topped with shredded lettuce on Italian bread.
The lobster and seafood salad is made from a blend of North Atlantic lobster and Alaskan whitefish from sustainable seafood provider King & Prince Seafood.
Dunkin’ released its limited-edition Valentine’s Day, which features the return of the cocoa mocha signature latte and the strawberry dragonfruit refresher. New additions to the limited-edition menu include a brownie batter signature latte, and a variety of heart-shaped donuts.
Domino’s Pizza introduced loaded tots, which are crispy tater tots, topped with cheese and different toppings.
The new menu item is available in three varieties: Philly cheese steak, cheddar bacon and melty 3-cheese.
The Philly cheese steak loaded tots feature slices of steak, Alfredo sauce, onions, green peppers and a blend of mozzarella and cheddar cheese. The cheddar bacon loaded tots are topped with bacon, mozzarella, cheddar and a garlic Parmesan sauce. The melty 3-cheese loaded tots feature mozzarella, cheddar, provolone and an Alfredo sauce.

Baskin-Robbins brought back its fan-favorite Love Potion #31 flavor, as well as added a new ice cream cake for the month of February.
Love Potion #31 has been around for 25 years and features white chocolate and raspberry-flavored ice creams and topped with raspberry-filled chocolate flavored hearts, raspberry swirls and chocolate chips. The heart-shaped “Crazy for you” cake is made with fudge accents, chocolate drips and Oreo cookie and buttercream rosettes.
Kentucky Fried Chicken is taking its KFC wraps nationwide after first testing the item in Atlanta in 2022. The wraps are available in two varieties: classic chicken and spicy slaw chicken.
“Wraps fans have been begging for fried chicken wraps to return, and we're answering the call with our new finger lickin’ good KFC Wraps,” said Nick Chavez, chief marketing officer at KFC US. “Two KFC wraps for $5 is a steal. Romano’s Macaroni Grill is bringing back three fan-favorite dishes including toasted ravioli, shrimp scampi and eggplant Parmesan.

Freddy’s added its deluxe crispy fish sandwich and birthday cake shake back to menus for a limited-time.
The fish sandwich is made with a 4-oz piece of battered Alaska flounder and topped with tartar sauce, lettuce, pickles and American cheese on a toasted bun. The birthday cake shake is made from a blend of vanilla frozen custard, confetti cake pieces, cupcake syrup, rainbow sprinkles and a cotton candy garnish.
