PARSIPPANY, NJ.  — Beneo is expanding its semi-finished portfolio with the addition of plant-based Meatless Beef Bites and Minced Meat.

The Meatless Beef Bites and Minced Meat products will be available in frozen forms. The products are formulated from myco and pea protein and are enhanced with coloring. 

The beef alternative products offer high heat stability and water-holding capacity to retain juices, according to the company.
