Ingredion formulates gelling starch for dairy applications

WESTCHESTER, ILL.  — Ingredion Inc.’s Novation Indulge 2940 functional native corn

starch was formulated for dairy and dairy alternative products. The ingredient may provide a gelled-like texture for those applications.

The ingredient also may provide a clean label for consumers and manufacturers.
