DALLAS, NC. — Shade Vivid Orange – OS is an oil-soluble plant-based color made from paprika.
Shade Vivid Orange – OS was developed by GNT and is a part of its Exberry portfolio. The product is a vibrant orange shade and may replace paprika oleoresin and artificial colors, the company said.
It may be used in snack seasonings, bakery products, plant-based meats and cheeses, dips and dressings, frosting and decorative coatings among others.
